Blues, Bikes and Brews for Dayton Tornado Relief
On June 30th, 2019 we will be holding an all-day music festival at the Rip Rap Roadhouse from noon - 10:00pm to raise money for those who have been impacted by the Memorial Day tornados that affected the Miami Valley.
Doug Hart, a very talented local musician, had the idea to bring together some of the best local musicians for this all-day event and the response has been phenomenal. These artists are donating their time and talent to help those who are in desperate need.
The Rip Rip Rap Roadhouse is donating a Biker Burger and a beer (domestic bottle) or soda for each ticket holder at this event. This is an $10.75 value.
All money raised from ticket sales and corporate sponsorships will go directly to those affected by the tornados via The Dayton Foundation. This organization vets non-profit agencies to ensure that any money that goes to them is used wisely. Information about The Dayton Foundation can be found at www.daytonfoundation.org.
All funds raised for this event are being audited by a large, local accounting firm to ensure that 100% of the funds raised by this even go to the stated cause via The Dayton Foundation.
There are 3 levels of sponsorship - Silver ($100-$499), Gold ($500-$999) and Platinum ($1,000+).
Each sponsor will receive one show ticket per $100 donated and will be publicized on social media, this web site, and any printed materials that are produced for this event.
Corporate sponsors can make checks out to "The Dayton Foundation - 8346" with the code 8346 on the check memo line so the foundation knows which account to credit. Checks should be dropped off at the Rip Rap Roadhouse, or use the link below for credit card donations.
How to get tickets for this event
Tickets are on sale for $20 at the Rip Rap Roadhouse or they can be purchased at the event.
Thank you for supporting this event and this great cause. The people of the Miami Valley have really stepped up to help the huge amount of people affected by the multiple tornados that did wide-spread damage in the Dayton area. While the initial response has been great, we cannot forget that it will take many months, or even years for people to get their lives back on track.
All donations to the Blues, Bikes and Brews for Dayton Tornado Relief fund will be processed by The Dayton Foundation.
